The RCGF juice filling line is designed to produce PET bottled juice with a volume range of 200ml to 2500ml. It offers different models with production capacities ranging from 4000 to 25000 B/H. The production process begins with the quick and stable conveyance of empty bottles into the rinsing filling capping machine through an air conveyor. After capping, the bottled juice is conveyed to the coders where the date of manufacture is printed, labeled, and finally shrink film packed.

The production process includes the use of water treatment equipment to provide purified water for rinsing PET bottles and mixing the juice. Hot-filling is used for filling the juice. The entire process is controlled by PLC and runs automatically. Users can visualize the running conditions of the production line and carry out relevant operations to adjust the output through the touchscreen interface.
