CSD CARBONATED DRINKS FILLING MACHINE
The DCGF model is designed for the production of carbonated drinks in volumes ranging from 200ml to 2500ml. The production capacity of different models ranges from 6000 to 30000 bottles per hour.
The production process begins with the empty bottles being conveyed quickly and steadily into the rinsing filling capping machine by an air conveyor. After capping, the carbonated drinks are conveyed to coders where the date of manufacture is printed, labeled, and finally, shrink film packed.
During production, purified water is used to rinse the PET bottles and mix the carbonated drinks, and the ISOBAR pressure-filling method is utilized for filling carbonated drinks. The entire process is controlled by PLC and runs automatically.
Users can monitor the running conditions of the production line visually through the touchscreen and make adjustments to the output as required. Additionally, water treatment equipment is used to ensure purified water is available for the production process.
